Lola is a platform that generates educational cartoon videos based on user-provided prompts and inputs. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create video content.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Produce misleading or deceptive content intended to spread misinformation.
• Generate content depicting violence, exploitation, or abuse of minors.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or algorithms.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the prompts and materials you provide to the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute videos generated through Lola for personal and commercial purposes.

You grant Lola a non-exclusive license to use your prompts and inputs to provide and improve the Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated usage data for research and service improvement.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Lola is created by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before use. Lola does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated content.

7. Payment & Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be presented to you before purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lola and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
